Every Charm Social creation is handmade with care. Because custom work is personal, our policies are designed to protect both our customers and the creative process. Please review the information below before placing your order or booking an experience.
Custom Orders & Purchases
By placing an order with The Charm Social, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Most Charm Social products are handmade or customized specifically for the customer. Because of the personalized nature of these items, all custom and made-to-order sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind, incorrect device selection by the customer, color preference, or differences that are consistent with handmade production.
Your Charm Consultation
Customers purchasing qualifying custom products will receive a Your Charm Consultation questionnaire after purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including device model, color preferences, themes, inspiration, and requested details. Production may be delayed until required customization information is received.
Inspiration photos are used as creative guidance only. Handmade designs will not be exact replicas of another artist's work.
Handmade Variation
Every Charm Social item is created by hand. Minor differences in charm placement, color, texture, embellishments, glue finish, and decorative details are normal and are part of the handmade nature of the product.
No two creations are guaranteed to be identical.
Device Compatibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct phone, tablet, AirPods, gaming system, or other device model when ordering.
Please verify your device model before checkout. Items made for an incorrectly selected model are not eligible for refund or replacement unless the error was made by The Charm Social.
Damage & Repairs
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If an item arrives damaged or experiences a craftsmanship issue shortly after delivery, please contact The Charm Social within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Photos or video of the issue may be required before a repair, replacement, or other resolution is offered.
Approved remedies will be determined based on the specific circumstances and may include repair, replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
Drops, Impact & Everyday Wear
Charm Social items are decorative handmade accessories and should be treated with care.
Repeated dropping, crushing, pulling, bending, impact, excessive force, water exposure, heat, chemicals, or improper handling may loosen or damage charms and embellishments.
Damage caused by accidents, repeated drops, misuse, neglect, or ordinary wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Materials & Handmade Finish
Our handmade pieces may use craft adhesives, decorative caulk, resin, charms, rhinestones, pearls, flowers, chains, and other embellishments.
Handmade decorative materials may behave differently from industrially manufactured or factory-molded accessories. Over time, normal wear may include minor lifting, discoloration, loosening, or surface changes.
Customers should discontinue use if an item becomes damaged in a way that creates sharp edges, loose pieces, or another potential safety concern.
Processing & Shipping
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, custom orders generally require 7–14 business days for production before shipment or pickup.
Processing time and shipping time are separate.
If unexpected circumstances materially delay an order, we will contact the customer regarding the revised timeline and available options.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. The Charm Social is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
If tracking shows an order as delivered but the package cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier and then contact us so we can assist with available next steps.
Payments & Cancellations
Payment is required before production begins.
Because materials and production may be reserved immediately after purchase, custom orders cannot be canceled once creation has begun.
Requests received before production begins may be reviewed individually, but approval is not guaranteed.

Our goal is to create something inspired by your preferences while still allowing room for the artist's creative judgment. Exact charm inventory changes frequently, and individual embellishments may be substituted when necessary with items that complement the requested theme, color palette, and overall aesthetic.
Party & Experience Policies
These terms apply to private Charm Social experiences, parties, workshops, pop-ups, and other booked events.
Deposits
All event deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the total cost of the reservation.
A booking is not considered confirmed until the required deposit or payment has been successfully received.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be submitted as early as possible.
Deposits may be transferred to an approved rescheduled date at The Charm Social's discretion. Repeated rescheduling may require a new deposit.
Guest Count
Package pricing is based on the number of guests included in the selected package. Additional guests must be paid for according to the package's current additional guest rate.
Final guest counts may be required before the event so adequate materials can be prepared.
Adult Items & Alcohol
Any experience involving alcoholic beverages or alcohol-related items is restricted to guests who are legally permitted to participate.
Valid identification may be required when appropriate. The Charm Social reserves the right to refuse alcohol-related service where legal-age requirements cannot be verified.
Children & Supervision
Certain Charm Social materials may include small parts, adhesives, tools, chains, charms, rhinestones, and other items that require adult supervision.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors during applicable events and ensuring materials are used appropriately.
Photography & Content
Photography or video may occur during Charm Social experiences.
Participation in promotional photography will be handled according to the permissions communicated for that particular event. Guests should inform us if they do not wish to appear in promotional content unless content participation was an express condition of a discounted booking or promotion.
Take Care of Your Charm Social Creation
Keep It Dry
Avoid prolonged water exposure and soaking.
Avoid Heat
Do not leave decorated items in extreme heat for extended periods.
Handle With Care
Avoid pulling charms, crushing embellishments, and repeated drops.
Clean Gently
Use a soft dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners and chemicals.
